I understand that a great space is one that achieves its functional purpose, both comfortably and beautifully. 

That’s why my design process always start with a thorough and detailed discovery meeting and site visit. Here, I will learn about you and your space; your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, overall objectives for the room and must-haves for the space.

 I will take measurements and align on budgets, timeframe expectations and next steps so we are on the same page every step of the way! 

 Once we’ve gathered all the imperative information from our discovery meeting, I can get to work.  My designs are always 100% custom, specially designed and built with your lifestyle and preferences in mind. In the design process, I am mindful of the way our client’s wish for the room to be enjoyed, and will pay special attention to how all elements - from materials used, to furniture selected- fits into this larger goal. 

At this stage, a comprehensive design will be developed including detailed space layouts and curated list of furniture as well as other elements such as lighting, custom millwork, paint/ wall coverings, artwork and décor ideas - depending on each project’s needs. 

Once everything has come together, I present the final design proposal to our clients for discussion and alignment. Design presentations are generally held online where we can walk our clients through each element of the project.

 The following design package will be presented:

1) Mood boards- this will showcase the look/feel of the room and allow clients to visualize all design elements collectively (ex: how the furniture, décor, paint, lighting, all work together)

2) 2D room layouts- precise space planning will indicate exact placement of furniture and living space

3) 3D renderings- this will help clients visualize the entire flow and vision of the room

4) Curated list of purchases + budget- list of furniture/ accessories with details on cost and where to purchase

During this meeting, we ask for open conversation, discussion and input so we can effectively capture our client’s feedback. I will happily work with our clients to make the necessary adjustments as requested. 

Once the design is finalized, our clients will be provided with the above design package empowering them to execute the design vision with confidence and ease, and enjoy a purposeful, comfortable and beautiful space that will spark joy with each visit.

I will meticulously manage your design project- from purchasing furniture, planning deliveries/ installs and managing trades, all the way to décor & styling making for a streamlined and stress-free experience.
